Please note: These classes are for those who have taken Sourdough Bread 101 or have experience making Sourdough Bread
This class will be talking about bread. We will cover some fun shaping methods, how to incorporate color in your bread, a bit of decorative scoring and we will make butter. Little bit of this and little bit of that. You must bring an active starter, bowl, and materials fee of $5 and a container to bring goodies home in.
