Please note: These classes are for those who have taken Sourdough Bread 101 or have experience making Sourdough Bread.
One dough, two very tasty treats. You will learn to make a classic focaccia and discuss what else you can do with this wonderful dough. You must bring an active starter, bowl, a materials fee of $5 and a container to bring goodies home in.
