Description

Become a Certified Food Handler (CFH) for your school, business or restaurant.  You will learn basic food safety practices for preparing and serving.   A final examination is administered and graded by the National Restaurant Association.  Issuance of a Food Handler’s Certification will likely result in better performance on the job and higher wages.  Class fee includes the textbook, Certification and Exams with a passing grade.
