Please note: These classes are for those who have taken Sourdough Bread 101 or have experience making Sourdough Bread.
Hokkaido - This is a Japanese milk bread technique. This is bread is high and fluffy and rises only from sourdough. You will need to bring an active starter, bowl, materials of $5 and a container to bring goodies home in.
