Description

In this delicious cookie baking class, you will learn to make the following traditional Italian cookies, pizelles, almond paste cookies (Dairy and Gluten Free), "Italian Christmas cookies" (cake like almond or anise flavored), chocolate dipped hazelnut shortbread, to delight your friends and family this holiday season.  In addition to baking cookies, learn some tricks of the trade for preparing holiday cookie assortments for gifting.  Please be advised that while there will be nut-free and gluten free cookie options, there will be gluten and nut products used in class. 

All materials included in the class fee.  Please bring a container to bring your cookies home in.
