Stocking Stuffer Holiday Daytrip in Rhode Island

 

Everyone will receive a Christmas Stocking at the start of our day.  Most stops on this holiday daytrip will provide a gift for you to fill your stocking.

You’ll begin your day at the Brown Hopkins Country store in Chepachet Rhode Island, filled with a little bit of everything.  Penny Candy, Jewelry, Fresh Baked Goods, Toys, so much to see & buy.  Receive a gift here. 

Next stop is at Wright’s Farm, 4000 sq. feet of shopping fun.  The largest gift shop in northern Rhode Island.  Receive a gift here. 

Lunch time, continue on to Trattoria Appia, a southern Italian kitchen featuring handmade pasta and wood-fired pizza.  The chef delights and entertains you with his tableside demonstration of the techniques used in pizza making.  This 5-course family style meal includes:  Salad, Calamari, Margherita Pizza, Potato Gnocchi, Penne Pasta, and Chicken Marsala, with Cannoli and coffee.

Complete your day at nearby Scialo’s Bakery, a staple in the Italian section of downtown Providence since 1916.  Receive a gift here.

Now time for shopping on your own in this famous Italian neighborhood before heading home.
