Description
Over the course of 4 weeks you will develop a starter and practice baking of 3 different breads all without using commercial yeast. This will be a hands-on class and you will make and take projects home after each class. This class will be good for beginners as experienced bakers looking for something new. You will need to bring a large metal mixing bowl to bring back and forth to each class.
Hand-outs will be available. A onetime materials fee of $20 payable to instructor first night of class.
