Description
This beginner-friendly class is designed to introduce you to the charming world of hand embroidery. You’ll learn basic stitches like the running stitch, back stitch and stem stitch. As well as more complex stitches like the Palestrina stitch and the Portuguese knotted stem stitch. In this class you will also learn how to choose embroidery tools, how to create and transfer simple designs onto your fabric, as well as ideas for finishing your work. You’ll leave with the skills and confidence to create your own beautiful embroidered projects. Materials fee of $10 payable to instructor at the first class
