Description
Who doesn't love crepes? Sasha from Perk On Main will demonstrate and ask for volunteers to help make 2 savory crepes and 2 sweet crepes. Recipes will be provided and tasting is required.
Following are the crepes to be made:
Sweet Crepes
Bananas Foster - bananas, brown sugar, and butter.
Classic Combo - "Newtella", strawberries and bananas.
Savory Crepes
Rajin Cajun - Cajun Chicken, tomato, melted Cheddar, and Ranch Dressing.
Nathan Hale - Tomato, Mozzarella, Basil with a hint of Balsamic vinaigrette.
Materials fee of $15 payable to Sasha, night of class.
