Description

The Mountain or Lap Dulcimer is the easiest 3 stringed instrument to learn for ages 16 to senior.

Dulcimers will be provided for in-class instruction for 8 students.  If you have your own dulcimer please bring to class.

You will learn to play (by number) holiday favorites like For The Beauty of The Earth, Little Drummer Boy, Jolly Old St. Nick, Away In The Manger and others if time allows.

Introduction of the Capo and other skills to be reviewed:  Tuning, Reading Tab (sheet music), Strumming, Flat Picking, Hammer-ons, pick-offs, Harmonics, & Chords.
