These classes are for those who have taken Sourdough Bread 101 or have experience making Sourdough Bread.

Brioche Bread

This is a soft enriched dough with plenty of butter in it.  It's almost a dessert. You will need to bring to class an active ripe starter and a large bowl.

Materials fee of $5. payable to instructor night of class.
