Please note:  These classes are for those who have taken Sourdough Bread 101 or have experience making Sourdough Bread.

Once you have these you will never want English Muffins from the store again.  You must bring an active starter, bowl, and materials fee of $5 and a container to bring goodies home in. These Sourdough English muffins cook up light and fluffy, with a delicious Sourdough flavor.  It’s “nook and cranny” perfection!
