Description

In this four week class you will explore some of the basic techniques of watercolor painting, including tones and values, watercolor washes, wet-on-wet painting, line wash, and negative painting.

In each two-hour class, you'll paint a complete 5x7 portrait, based on the techniques you'll learn that day.  You don't need to be an experienced painter, beginners are welcome.

You will not all be painting the same subject.  Nancy the instructor, will bring dozens of reference photos each week for you to choose from, so your painting will be unique.  With all the reference photos available, you're sure to find something that inspires you every week.

Materials fee of $30. payable to instructor first night of class for the following supplies:

High quality paint, paper, brushes, drawing materials, etc.  Just come and paint!
