Enjoy learning to make this pillowy potato pasta in a hands-on-class that takes the mystery out of Italian cooking. You will learn the steps from making the potato dough, to shaping, cutting, and finally boiling these fabulous dumplings before properly dressing them in a perfect seasonal sauce.
